Dr. Rhonda Rabbitt is a dynamic entrepreneur and the visionary President & CEO of Raw and Real Resonance, LLC. She also serves as a Consultant for the Pennsylvania Department of Education, where she contributes as a Program Reviewer, and is a Board Member of the Educational Policy and Leadership Center of Pennsylvania.

Previously, as Dean of the School of Education at Wilkes University, Dr. Rabbitt led transformative initiatives, including a groundbreaking partnership with the Ministry of Education in Panama to advance bilingual education. Under her leadership, the doctoral program expanded internationally, launching cohorts in Dubai, while new programs in Early Childhood Education and Literacy were designed to meet critical community needs.

One of her professional highlights includes her collaboration with the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO), where she played a key role in credentialing, professional development, and driving collaborative impact.

Dr. Rabbitt brings deep expertise in strategic planning, accreditation, community partnerships, team building, life coaching, action research, and continuous improvement. She is a force for authenticity, inspiring others to embrace their wholeness—individually and collectively.
